i have videos on my phone of my kids and i want to put them on my computer and t-mobile cant help maybe one of y’alll can please i need the help bad i dont want to lose these videos

do you have the videos on your phone memory? if you do get a sd card they sell them at target for $ 9.99 then on the videos it should say menu click it then move to memory card. put the memory card in your computer and should be able to view them.
